For those of you who follow me on social media you know that I am in gorgeous Miami and have been posting pics of my vacation. One of the many places I visited was the Wynwood Art walk and I was seriously impressed by how much rad art there was wall after wall. For this day trip I dressed up in playful patterns and colors. After all it is Miami..

This top had some major beadage and crochet action so it was a must have for me. It is one of those tops that you can really have fun mixing and matching with either pants, skirts, shorts, whatever! It automatically turns up the volume on any outfit. I turned it up a little more with leopard print shorts.

For those of you who were were wondering which purse made the cut from a previous IG post, here is the winning purse! I chose the lime green because it was so Miami, and it is a versatile statement purse that just had to come with me.

I have to give a huge shout out to my special Miami tour guide, my big sister Nadia, she really showed us the culture and nectar of this incredible city. This trip wouldn't have been the same without her. I'll be posting more MIA ootd's soon, in the meantime follow me on IG at sea_la for more pics. See you guys in LA. Cheers!

Simply Vintage

Hey everyone! Hope you all started your annual closet spring cleaning. If not, its a good time to start. You never know what treasures you might find. While I was cleaning my closet I stumbled upon this forgotten Narciso Rodriguez sand satin skirt. I hadn't worn in ages! I thought I'd try it on with a few of my newer tops and voila! I've found my new obsession.

One of my favorite features about this skirt is how versatile it is. It's such a great piece to mix and match with. Also, it has this classic cut that enhances my silhouette and I don't mind that at all.

I definitely kept all the tones very simple, but they all sure got their chic message through. How would you style this skirt? Leave me a comment with your version. Till next time! Cheers!

Wild West

Hi there! So this weeks look has got a western feel to it. Totally inspired by all the boho fest fashion going around. This tribal cardigan was what really set off the festival vibe. A white crop top tee and high waisted denim shorts give this look a serious flirtatious makeover.

So in love with these Mia suede boots! I don't think that fringe will ever be outdated, at least I hope not.

All the jewelry you see here is a mixture between new and vintage. Some pieces are second-hand, and I find them to be extra special since they have a history. It's like such pretty pieces must have a beautiful story behind them.

Till next time guys and dolls. Have an amazing week. Cheers!

An Ode to Spring

Well what do ya know! Spring is here. Actually in L.A. its just a change in fashion, because we really only get one type of season with an occasional change. With that being said here's a morsel of 2014 spring fashion. Again, with this look I'm dabbling in the art of mixing patterns and prints. Nothing says spring more than floral print, and when mixing it with other patterns I like to go with stripes.

These floral jogger pants are great for a laid back kind of day. I bring them out when I want to be comfy, yet still stylish.

How rad are these flats! They have a ninja shoe feel with a chic twist. The reptilian texture also gives them some sort of interesting vibe… hemm.

It was great chatting with you awesome folk. Have a great weekend! Lord knows we deserve it. Cheers!

Hey fashionistas! So last weekend I went to a Simply Stylist fashion and beauty event and mingled with other talented bloggers. I learned so much and I can't wait to share all the awesome tips with all of you.  For this event I decided to wear something very light but at the same time striking. This rose gold foiled skirt did just the trick!

I can't complain about how enticing this statement necklace is, and because it is so bold I balanced the scheme by wearing a plain white tank top from MANGO.

Although it isn't quite summer yet I still wore my white platform sandals, being that the temperatures have been rather high around here.

I have to say, I left Simply Stylist feeling motivated and inspired to make this fashion experience in my life as pleasurable for me as I want it to be for all of you!

Garden Flow

For a while now I've been thinking about starting an edible garden project, and I finally decided to act on it this week. So I headed over to a local nursery and found an array of delectable options. I knew it would be a great photo opportunity so I wore something fun and classic. Since I was going to be around flowers I gave the floral look a rest, and went with a classic black and white striped tee. I imitated the cropped look by tying and tucking a knot in order to keep me cool from this sudden hot weather.

This midi-skirt is the main attraction to this whole ensemble. It has a very classy and
playful feel to it. Some think satin should be worn on special occasions, but if you pair it with casual pieces you can totally wear it on an everyday occasion.

Don't these emerald flats remind you of a mermaids tail? Guess its the kid in me. I found these at JustFab.com! Check out their amazing program for gorgeous shoes at an amazing price.

Hope everyone is ready for St. Patty's day. If you get lucky and find a four leaf clover post it on instagram, and don't forget to hashtag #getluckywithseala for a special surprise! Cheers!

Bomber Babe

When it rains it pours in L.A., but luckily it was cloudy with a little sunshine on Third St. at the Santa Monica promenade. The weather was appropriate for this fantastic bomber jacket from Mango. It kept me warm all the while my netted tee let just the right amount of breeze in.

Check out all the beautiful details on this jacket. I can really appreciate the variety of flowers, and the boldness of the colors out in the daylight. It is one of those jackets that you can style for different occasions.

Midi rings have got to be one of my favorite trends of the past year. Stacking up my fingers with these little guys is fun and stylish.

Willie Wonka had his golden ticket, and I've got my golden oxfords! This pair of Sam Edleman's are such a great find. It has got that male inspired look with a feminine touch. I literally get excited when I slip into these, and that is how I know I'm fashion obsessed. I need help…. NOT! See you soon guys and dolls. Cheers!
