Flares x Denim

When it comes to fashion I've never been one to stick to a particular era. I often switch it up and try different looks with my own modern twist.

This little number is totally a look right out of the 70's. First lets talk flares, I've been experimenting with these type of pants, as you've seen in a previous post, and the more I try them the more exited I get when wearing them. Here I decided to match them with a denim blouse to really make the vintage feel pop, while the cut out shoulders bring a modern element to the table. The wool blazer was the final piece tying the look together.

This bag is a 100% leather goody from Lucky Brand, and I've had it amongst my purses for a while now. The one thing I love about real leather is that it lasts. This one in particular captured me with its beautiful cut out designs.

While wearing this outfit I enjoyed some Beautiful Me time in Malibu, right on the Pacific Coast Highway. It is a gorgeous zen spa that offers a variety of services, with a wonderful team of professionals ready to give you a soothing experience. My husband and I went for a couples massage and felt entranced by the exotic scents, dim lit rooms, stimulating art, and tantric music. It is truly a relaxing environment and I highly recommend it. If you hurry now you can partake in some of their Valentines deals with champagne, strawberries and all! Cheers!
